today we learned our last concept of our statistics unit: MAD (mean absolute deviation). it's kind of a long process, but pretty easy.
steps:
1. find the mean (average) of the data set.
2. find the deviation of each of the data values from the mean.
3. calculate the mean (average) of the deviations.
