monday is a new, fresh start. with UNIT 1 and all its functions behind us, we are moving on to UNIT 2: algebra investigations. so when you get to class on monday morning, we are pretending its the first day of school. you'll get a new table of contents and a new standards checklist. we will go over class rules again, and i'll remind you of the class expectations. if you struggled last unit, this is a new start for you!

homework this weekend (for 1st and 3rd only): UNIT 2 Vocabulary. look up these words in your math 1 textbook. if they aren't in there, find a definition on the web!

also, if you still did not master all nine UNIT 1 standards, you will have to attend tutorial sessions this week to retest these.
